Question: How much weight can i lose on a grapefruit diet!?
im a 17 yr old boy who currently weighs 224 pounds ive so far gone down from 258 pounds and my heights 5-8 to 5-9!.im aiming to be around 175-180 pounds with some muscle!.and i was thinking of going on a grapefruit diet for about 2 or 3 weeks!.i plan to start this monday!.doing this about how much can i expect to lose!?i know itts a little unhealty but ive done similiar diets in the past!.thanks alotWww@Answer-Health@Com

i KNOW U SAID u knoe is a little unhealthy!.!. but honestly honestly!.!. do not do them!.!. I wanted to loose 10 pounds and went on one of those diets and offcourse i lost 5 pounds!.!. but gain them back in the next days!! I know you probably hear this before but if you reallly want to loose weigh healthy!.!. and have it off for a loooong time!.!. eat healthy! lots of water, lots of fruits and juice, do not eat after seven, drink a lot of green tea!. and offcourse exercise!.!. I KNOW I KNOW!.!. you might want to loose that weigh because you have an especial event, or you are just tired and want to loose it quiclky!.!. but I PROMISE YOU THAT if you do it slowly the result is going ot be SOO much bigger and better!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Not gonna work!.!.!.You need calories to run your body and have energy, eating nothing but grapefruit is gonna shut you down and you won't have energy to do anything especially exercise!. Plus just the diet won't help at all for muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
