What yall think about my weight training schedule?!


Question: What yall think about my weight training schedule!?
will just training one muscle group a week enough!?
my goal is to gain about 60-70 lbs of solid muscles in 1-2 years, since i just had a huge growth spurt, but at the same time, I do not want to look like a bodybuilder!.

Answers:
gaining muscle mass is all about the diet, it's 80% of the equation!. going to the gym and lifting heavy is the EASY part, consuming 5-7 meals daily for years on end is not!. if you aren't counting calories you need to start it makes gaining muscle and losing fat so easy when done properly!.

don't worry about getting "too big" it doesn't happen by accident it takes decades of dieting and training to come close to looking like a bodybuilder!.
