What illnesses cause you to loose weight?
i started to diet and turn healthy and lost some weight...
but now ive lost almost a stone and i wasnt that fat to begin with...i have been trying to put some back on by eating chinese food, ice cream etc sometimes but its not working
my mother is saying i should go to the doctor and is making me think the worst...i dont really feel ill...sometimes tired

Perhaps you've just lost some weight because you're leading a healthier lifestyle. Your natural weight might be lower than you realise.
You should take some decent quality minerals and vitamins, fish oils etc.
If you're tired try to get some Ginkyo Biloba and some Rodiola Rosea - it's fantastic for tiredness, run down feelings and lack of energy.
Don't try to fatten yourself back up with ice-cream 'n' stuff. Try to stick to healthy things - fish, lean meat, nice breads, cheeses and fruit. Pasta is also good for you.
