How high is the caffeine content is a cup of chinese tea?
Answers:
Not all chinese tea contain caffeine. I bought a few direct from China (certified shop) - White Tea, 30 yr old organic Puer, Tian Qi Flower. These do not contain caffeine and is very soothing for a good night sleep.
The caffeine content differs from tea to tea too.
