Trying to get six pack.?!


Question: Trying to get six pack!.!?
I run at 5 mph for 30 or jumprope for 15-20 minutes a day!.

I am 10% body fat

What excercises should I do so I can get a six pack by September next year!?

This is what I do so far

Crunches and leglifts!.

What excercises should I do for the lower, upper and middle and obliques!?

Can I get a six pack by doing one excercise for each group!?

What excercises should I do for each set of muscles!?

I am eating less fat and sugar now so it should be easier to get a six pack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The guy has all sorts of qualifications and experiance, and hes a doctor in somthing lol!.

He wrote a plan for me a while back and its brilliant!.

Its very quick, and i enjoyed the attention lol!.

Also you don't have to keep buying as you just mix the program about a bit!.

You are NOT 10% bodyfat!.

I'm 13% bodyfat and my top 4 abs are visible!.

10% is a full visible six pack!.

Just letting you know that you're way off on that!.


Anyway, cardio every day, eating a healthy diet, and doing ab exercises two - three days a week is the best way to get a six pack!.

Your diet and cardio is really the most important part of being able to see your six pack!. Everyone has abs, they're just covered by fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well you should work out each set of muscles alone!.Just 4x20 in each set 4 times a week will do!.
I cant really suggest any exercises because i too tired of writing on the damn keyboard!.
Just go to a gym or ask a friends whos been there!.

um i am a 13 yr old gymnast and i have an 8 pack!. heres what i do:
(if you dont no what some of the stuff is, idk ask someone)
v-ups
alternating v-ups
also another real good one is a push up slide!.
your in push up position and you slowly slide out to your stomach but dont let your stomach touch the ground!.

hollow holds
hollow ups

swim!.!.!.butterfly stroke really helps ur abs so u can get a six pack!.!.!.!. also sit ups!.!.!.!. and also awsome excersise hard to explain!.!.!.!.!.it is sort of like u are in push up position on ur side tho and ur bottom hand on the floor!.!.!.it seriously works!.!.!.!.i learned this from an Olympic hockey player who won a gold medal!.!.!.it seriously worksWww@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like you're doing good so far!.!.alternate between cardio and weights (ie cardio 3 days a week, weights 3 days a week) and take one day off!. this is when abs build!. i take mondays, and do yoga or meditation!. something relaxing!. also, be sure to drink lots of h2o!Www@Answer-Health@Com

oh ma goshh!.!. all you have to do to get a six pack is like do 100 crunches every day for one month and then wala! you have a six packk!.!. jejejeje my gymnastics teacher that's a guy told us that and it worked allright for me!.

Good lord man, your gonna have a heart attack doing all that working out!.
But good 4 U staying in shape!.
Talk to a professional trainer about ways to tone what you already have!.
They are the real experts on what to do, but also what NOT to do!.

You need to be eating right!.

Do some crunches using your legs agenst the couch!

Or even having your legs up on a chair or couch and laughing it tightens your abbs and belly! ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

doing push-ups really helps to make ur abs stronger! i know it doesn't seem like it, but try holding a push-up position for a few minutes and see if ur abs start hurting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
