Question: Good and quick exercises for mommy tummy!!!!?
I had my baby 9 months ago, I run 3-4 times a week and try to do a few mins of strength exercises too!. I dont really need to lose much weight !.!.!.!.I just wonder whether theres a good and quick daily exercise for toning abs!. I used to do pilates and yoga!.!.!.!.!.!.I seem to remember an exercise where you hold your breath and suck your "core" (stomach) in hold for 10 counts then breathe out!.!.!.will this help!.!? if not any other suggestions!? You exhale, lower your head, suck in your stomach, try to move the stomach, raise your head, and repeat!. The exercise shoud only last for like 5 seconds because your brain needs oxygen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah, the pilates exercise sounds just like a crunch (sorta)!. I can only suggest that you do a bunch of those (i do 200 a day)!. Do 50- with your legs straight out!. 50- wiht your legs in the air!. 50-with your legs making a diamond on the ground out in front of you (with the bottoms of your feet touching)!. and 50- wiht your legs straight out infront of you!. good luck!!!! : )Www@Answer-Health@Com
