Question: I needd healp please!.!.Fatt stuff!?
so!.!.im not that fat!.!.but im a bit chubby!. the only problem is that i have a thin waist!.!.but big tighs , butt !.!. and hips!.!. what should i do to remove them >>!?!? !? !.!. i really want to look better !.!. but i dont know if i will ever be thin :"(Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's really very simple!.

There are 2 categories of workouts and you only need to focus on one of those for weight loss!. They are:

1!. Resistance training - weight lifting, sit-ups, push-ups, etc!.

2!. Cardiovascular Training
