Whats the GI Index of Balsamic vinegar?

I am on a low GI diet. Due to my work eat out regularly. I try to stick with salads, but most salad dressings in restaurants are a NO-NO, so I end up with Balsamic vinegar (which I love). Is the GI-load of Balsamic vinegar acceptable<

SubJ, your advice is dangerous for someone on a Low GI diet for medical reasons. Such a person may go into shock because of 'only three meals' and exercise. BE VERY carefull when you give advice.
