Is it possible to gain muscle in a stomach that hangs?!


Question: Is it possible to gain muscle in a stomach that hangs!?
I've had 3 children, and stupid me I didn't do crunches or sit-ups afterwards, well now my stomach hangs and I hate it, it's hard to find clothes that fit me properly!. I've been told to walk first to get me body started and then when I see results from that start working out, is this true and will I ever be able to gain muscle into my stomach without having to have a tummy tuck!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example)!. In your hands hold a little dumbbell!. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine!
Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground!. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position!. Repeat ten times!.
Every week add to the number of repetitions!.
You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles!. Dumbbells do wonders!. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL!. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have had seven children, been pregnant a total of 12 times, and I am here to tell you that you can indeed get back into shape!. A healthy eating plan, exercise of any sort and a good mindset does the trick!.

I hate walking! So I don't do it!. I love dancing, I dance when I am doing the housework, I dance when I am mucking about!. I love hula hooping, it makes me laugh and feel like a kid!. I don't have to "force" myself to hula-hoop!. I despise yoga, so I lift weights instead!. My point is, do what makes you happy and what is fun for you!.

BTW, I am 5'7" and weigh in at 125,I wear a size 5 and after the last of my children was born I weighed 240 and wore a size 22! I have so much more energy now and never once did I go on a "diet"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest you do sit-ups 3 times a day, 30 minutes at a time and you'll be alright ^_^Www@Answer-Health@Com
