I need help losing some excess fat!!?!


Question: I need help losing some excess fat!!!?
I've asked a lot of questions about losing weight but everytime ppl would answer with "WTH! What do you want!?!?!! BONES!?!?!?" or "You're just okay!." or maybe "Do you realize that some ppl wish to have your body!?!?"!.

But the thing is in real life I look flabby!. I got small figure and 7kg underweight but I look fat! I really need help losing fat all ove my body!. I want to have thigh, arms and stomach like these girls ( http://hostcn!.free!.fr/images/Kmusic/SoNy!.!.!. )!.

I don't have too much fat!. Just that I cannot find a way to lose them in the correct way!.

Please give me tips and tricks on this problem!.!.!.

lol these girls are SNSD right!? well news flash: they're about the same weight as yours!. unless you're really short, try to work out daily--at least 30 minutes a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

K, so you're 15, like me, underweight, like me, lol!.
Try eating 3 big meals, 1-2 small snacks ( I usually am not hungry for snacks though ), or 5 small meals a day!. Aim for a calorie deficit ( take off this many calories ) of 250 a day!.
Do cardio 5-6 times a week for 45 minutes
Drink 5-8 glasses of water daily
Some exercises that really burn fat and shape muscle are cycling, walking, running, swimming, and ESPECIALLY yoga and pilates!. I love pilates and it enlongates, strenghthens, and tones my muscles!. Plus it's super relaxing once you do it for awhile!. Weight training for you arms helps the core and defines muscles!.
Eat PLENTY of vegetables and fruits!. The amount of protein you can have daily: for every 2 pounds on you body, that's 1 gram protein!. Eat healthy fats (omega3's, 6's- olive oils, nuts, seeds, etc) and healthy carbs (complex- whole grains, etc)!. Avoid creamy dressings, fattening cheeses, <white bread>, processed foods, <soda>, anything with little or no nutrional value, stay away from them!. Also, look out for high fructose corn syrup (research if you want), it's a sneaky chemical that's worked it's way into many foods, and it blocks signals to you're brain saying you're full!. Aspartame, sucralose, anything fake sugar will hurt you overtime (sugarfree gum, no joke, ive stopped chewing gum completely)!.
