Treadmill or Elliptical....?!


Question: Treadmill or Elliptical!.!.!.!.!?
Which do you prefer!? I am trying to get back into shape and I am trying to decide between these two machines!. Which do you rather and which do you feel you get a better work out from!? Much obliged!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I like the treadmill because I use small hand weights and do punches, bicep curls, triceps extensions, flys, etc!. while I'm walking/running on it!. My main activity is martial arts so I don't wanna fall off that elliptical and sprain/dislocate/break something!. If you use the incline on the treadmill, vary the speeds (run for a few short songs) and use small hand weights you get a fantastic workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there are pros and cons to both
i usually feel a better workout from the treadmill (it tires my legs out more) and treadmills burn a few more calories, but they are pretty close!.
ellipticals are easier on the ankles and knees - less injuries

try using both of them-that way you will mix it up a little and not get as bored!.

I like them both!!! Sometimes I switched my routine to use just one and when I get bored, I use both!.

I'd go with the elliptical since you can walk outside!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
