Stairmaster question?!


Question: Stairmaster question!?
im going to the gym later and my lower back is really sore and stiff right now!. i tried all different stretches and it hasnt done anything!. i dont want to do the bike cuz leaning over will hurt it more!.!.is the stairmaster a good option!? i need a good cardio workout that is easy on my back!.!.please help

p!.s which burns more calories and fat!.!.doing the stairmaster at a regular walking speed for longer or doing it shorter but basically sprinting up them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you get on the tread mill start off with a slow pace to get warmed up

Then speed it up to just the point to where you have to open your mouth to get enough air

You have just hit your aerobic threshold

Slow down the tread pace to just the point that you can can close your mouth to breath in all the air you need

Do at least a 2 mile walk at this pace YES

Let me say that again YES at this pace

Then slow it down to just the point to where it feels like you can do it all day long pace

Do this pace for 1/2 mile and then put it back up to the pace you just did the 2 mile walk

And finish with one more mile at this pace

finish the sesion with a walk in the park pace to let your body slow down naturly

Get off the mill and do basic stretches of the lower body and back

As time goes on you will notice your walk times decreasing because your pace is picking up

When it does get ready for haveing to shop for some new pants that fit
