Water weight loss??!


Question: Water weight loss!?!?
While dieting, is there a way to prevent water weight loss!? I don't want to lose water weight at all!. I would rather look at the scale and feel like I have accomplished something not just shed extra water weight!. I'm exercising and eating right and in the past 6 days I've lost about 5 pounds!. How much is water weight!?!? I look better but I have a feeling that most of that weight is just water!. When does the fat start shedding!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The first thing you shed is the water weight!. Best thing is to speed that up!. when the weight begins to fall off slowly that is when you are burning the fat!. If you want to loose the water weight faster take how much you weigh divide it by 2 and drink at least that many ounces of water a day along with exercise!. During your first few days almost everything you lose is water!. Don't be discouraged!. You will plateau (the period in which you don't see weight loss on the scale) During this time water adjusts and pounds are lost!. When people go off their diets during plateaus the weight seems to jump back on!. Stick out these plateaus!. My rule of thumb is once you make it through the plateau and start losing again, you can claim those pounds you previously lost!. Water weighs aprox!. 10 lbs a gallon!.!.!.!.but while water may be weighty it does not add calories or fat to your body weight and you should and must drink plenty of water for a variety of reasons!.!.!.!.!.up to 8 glasses a day !.!.!.I myself drink far more than that, upwards of 16 glasses a day and it just runs right through me!.!.!.meaning I may gain a bit of weight while it is inside me but then all that weight just goes out the other end along with all the toxins that my body needs to expel anyway and yours too!.!.!.!.so do not stop drinking water!.!.!.exercise and stay mobile!.!.!.!.it's a great way to really lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
