147 lbs, want to stay around the same weight while losing fat.?!


Question: 147 lbs, want to stay around the same weight while losing fat!.!?
I have 5 foot 10 inches tall and weigh 147 pounds!. My scale says that I am at about 13-14% body fat!. The thing is even though I weigh less that some people shorter then me I look fatter because I have a bit of a belly!. It seems like thats where all of my body fat tends to settle!.

I've gotten down to 140 pounds before and for some reason am still around 13% body fat!. I don't really want to go below this because it seems unhealthy!.

So, I'd like to know if there is a way to lose body fat while remaining around the same weight!. Even though I am in fairly good shape I'd actually like to look like it for once!. Thanks for the help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm assuming that you are a mal with that low a body fat percentage!.

You have a healthy BMI so you really should not do much about weight and fat!.

Is it possible that you are not working your abdominal muscles so are more flabby than fat!? Men tend to work on their 6 pack only and forget their other abdominals!. If you want to do some work on your abs, get help from a professional as you could really hurt your back!.

Poor posture can give the impression of a "belly" and that is often related to abs!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
