Question: I need a second opinion!?
Hi ive written up my new bodybuilding meal plan tell me what you think
Meal 1 @ 5am: 6 boiled eggs, 1 piece of fruit, 2 weetbix or ? cup of oatmeal and whole grain slice of toasted bread with peanut butter
Meal 2 @ 7am: Nitro-tech hardcore Protein shake
Meal 3 @ 9am: Salad, 2 piece of fruit and 1 chicken breast
Meal 4 @ 12pm: 2 chicken breast, mash potatoes, 1 piece of fruit and Nitro-tech hardcore Protein shake
Meal 5 @ 4pm: 1 pound of lean steak, vegetables, baked potato
Meal 6 @ 7pm: Nitro-tech hardcore protein shake and 1 piece of cheese
The reason why i need a second opinion is because i think (i could be wrong) that its roughly 483g of protein!. I am 18 6'1 and i weigh 218 pound, now at the very most i should be cosuming 436 gram of protein!. Also i think that is around 4000 calories but i could be wrong!. Can someone please help me
*Note Chicken breast are 300g each

If you are trying to bulk it is OK!. Obviously, you're not going to lose weight on 4000 calories!. If you want to cut the protein down a little, get rid of one of the shakes, probably the 12pm one, since you're already eating chicken at that meal!. Personally, I don't think the little bit of extra protein will hurt if you're lifting a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
