Question: How can i get rid of muscle without getting fat!?
long story short, i have a lot more muscle than a normal girl should have and its so embarassing! my arm muscles are freakin huge! and my counselor put me in weight class so i have to bench press about twice a week!. how can i reduce muscle without getting fat!? i just want to slim downWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Nothing other than water in between!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. U will also enjoy ur food more than what u have been doing otherwise!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.
