Question: How many reps should I do!?
I am just starting a new workout plan!. I have been active again for about 2 weeks and I need to rebuild muscle!. I have 2, 5 pounds hand weights, but how many reps should I do of different strength moves!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do alot of light weights to create lean muscle mass, and do shorter reps with heavier weights to make heavy mass muscle!. so for you and your 5 lb weights do a lot of reps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
