Question: Should i lose weight!?!?!?
i am 15 yrs old i weigh 142 im 5'7 i used to be 180 about a year ago and im always crazy over my weight and what i eat!. i mean what size is a descent size for my age!? i see other girls that are size 2's i dont no!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're right in the healthy range for your height!. You also need to remember that your body is growing so your weight will constantly fluctuate more than an adult's!. According to the Healthy Weight Calculator at healthatoz!.com your weight range is 118-159!. This is dependent on your body frame!.

Please don't judge YOUR body by anyone else's!. Your body frame and body type are your own and your healthy weight is going to be different from theirs!. If you are toned and fit and feeling good at 142 lbs then don't worry about it!. If you feel that you could HONESTLY lose a bit more and get more toned and fit then work on that!. Work on being active and getting fit and strong and the weight issue will resolve itself!. Your body will adjust to where it needs to be to be healthy!.

now, as long as you are happy with your own body, then you're fine!. (for example, i'm 15, 5'6, 135 and i would be happy with that, except i have some flab on my stomach that i want to lose before summer)!.
don't try to lose tons more weight now that you're healthy!. if you try to be stick-skinny it will look unnatural, and chances are you won't be satisfied because you still won't be as skinny as some girls!.

ok well girls that are size 2 are totally obsessed with their weight!. I am 5'8 and weigh 138 and I am a size 5-6!. You are still growing and you will get leaner just be sure to eat a balanced diet and get at least 3-4 days of an hour of exercise in! You are fine! Your weight is fine too!Www@Answer-Health@Com
