Answers:

Hi you probably have the same muscle type as myself, I used to run alot also. I won alot of races do to the type of muscle i have. My muscle tends to be very strong and able to move very fast for the smaller size.

I have lifted wieghts also. I was able to bench 250lbs no problem with arms half the size as guys who could not lift that much wieght.

My suggestion to you is try creatine, this stuff worked wonders for me, and if you have this same body type you burn calories really fast so you should add some sorta shake that has calories in it. Its cheaper then then the food you will go through.

creatine is natural in your muscles i dont have time to explain all the wicked stuff it does but if you try it you will be able to move faster, longer, and with more strength. Our muscle type from what i have seen gets the biggest gains from it, percentage wise.

You could also buy a high alitude tent to sleep in. This really works also. It lowers the oxygen in your sleeping area which makes the body increase a type of cell which carrys oxygen to the muscles. So when you have more of these cells in normall oxygen levels you become super human becuase your blood has alot more oxygen then the normal person.

eating healthy wouldnt hurt also

To give you an answer closer to what you where looking for, which i think is pointless. You could add wieght to your wrists and arms. You know the small lead type in a wrap around velcro package. Adding weight when you run will increase your strength also.

Oh ya and there is a strength training where you lift imaginary wieghts creating your own resistance in the movement, i forget what its called. It works also
