Diet help need (a bit embarassing)??
Up until recently I kept a diary of all the foods which made me feel bloated after I ate them…I hate having a bloated tummy. These foods were:
Rice
Potatoes
Wheat
Bread
Beans
What I've done for the past week and a half is really cut down on these things and now I am eating a lot more healthy stuff like vegetables, yoghurt, nuts, eggs..I am no longer bloated but I now have the runs (if you know what I mean). I never had the runs before. What am I doing wrong?

The runs are probably from the yogurt. You might be a little sensitive to dairy. My mom has the same problem. I would cut out the yogurt and see if that helps.
