Question: Rate this and explain!.!.!.!?
today (it's 12 in the afternoon right now) i've eaten:
-2 eggs
-piece of whole wheat bread
-apple
-1 cup diced veggies
-2!.5 cups of veggie thin crackers with 0 trans fat (80cals/15)
and drank water!.
i'm going to the gym for cardio, then kickboxing!. is this good!?
if i eat and workout like this everyday, how long until there are results!?
i am 5'9 and 154 pounds, but only 20% body fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
