Diet? explain...?!
Question: Diet!? explain!.!.!.!?
today (it's 12 in the afternoon right now) i've eaten:
-2 eggs
-piece of whole wheat bread
-apple
-1 cup diced veggies
-2!.5 cups of veggie thin crackers with 0 trans fat (80cals/15)
and drank water!.
i'm going to the gym for cardio, then kickboxing today!. is this good!?
if i eat and workout like this everyday, how long until there are results!?
i am 5'9 and 154 pounds, but only 20% body fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should see results within a week!.!.!.!.!.tighter muscles, more toned, more focused with more energy (believe that or not!) AND your bodyfat will drop even lower!!!
great job, especially on your cardio and kickboxing!. One tip, though!.!.!.!.you may want to add a protein shake in that diet!. Everything looks good and balanced, except you're low on your protein intake!. Or chicken or fish for nightly meal!.
