4 months is plenty of time to go the all-healthy way!. Do lots of cardio and watch what you eat!. Drink tons of water, and no pop! Try to limit alcohol consumption too, these are just pointless extra calories!. You should be able to drop 2-3 pounds a week, as long as you stay motivated and on track!. hey, i have lost 15 pounds over the past few months,because i wanted to look good for kind of the same reason as you!. Basically, you HAVE to eat right AND exercise if you are going to lose any weight!. I do 30 minutes on the elliptical trainer (so cardio) 6 times a week, first thing in the morning before you eat if you can!. if you cant get access to equipment then a 30 minute run around your neighborhood when you wake up will be fine!. For eating, stick to lean meats like chicken, turkey!.!.!.fish is great, salads with no dressing (just olive oil and lemon juice tastes good), drink lots of water, snack on low calorie quaker rice cakes if you need something sweet!. hope this helps!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try slim fast thats what im doing at the moment shake for breakfast shake for lunch healthy 600 cal dinner make sure u exercise 5 times a week i do 1 hour on my air walker i walk everywhere and walk my dogs and sometimes do the occasional work out dvd (divina one) thats working for me at the moment

if you dont want to have the shakes you can replace the shakes with food that comes to the same amount of calories than the shakes (each shake has 214 cals in them) good luck with whatever you decide :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
