Weight loss advice....Please?!

I need to lose quite a few pounds (about 40)!. I am eating healthy and exercising, but it's just not cutting it!. How can I take the weight off fast!. I need to be able to wear a certain dress in my closet in about 5 weeks!. HELP!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's really very simple!.

There are 2 categories of workouts and you only need to focus on one of those for weight loss!. They are:

1!. Resistance training - weight lifting, sit-ups, push-ups, etc!.

2!. Cardiovascular Training
