Is this healthy if I'm trying to lose weight ?!


Question: Is this healthy if I'm trying to lose weight !?
Ok so where should I begin !? I lost 15 lbs last year an gained back 5!.!.!. I sort of hit a plateau after losing the weight!.!.!. I actually want to lose 40 lbs!.!.!. so im taking baby steps to lose 40 lbs!. what im doing right now is basically working out a couple of times a week!.!.!. going to the gym walking etc!.!.!. i have a plan in my "weight loss journal" but i dont feel like explaining that in detail basically now im starting to change my "diet" meaning im cutting out junk food and trying to eat healthier by have my "5-10 servings of fruits and vegetables a day" during the past week i increased how much fruits and vegetables im eating to about 5 or 6 a day!.!.!. and well ive been going to the bathroom quite often!.!.!. i want to know if this is normal and if this is healthy for losing weight and maintaining my weight once i reach my weight loss goal !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think it's a good start!. Eating lots of fruits and veggies is ideal!. You are using the bathroom more often because fruit and veggies are high in fiber which will make you go more and is an excellent way to ward off colon diseases and keep you clean inside!. If you want to lose weight faster I would work out more than 2 times a week!. Try at least 3 and do lots of cardio!. Keep this up and you will no doubt see results! good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

YES! You are now eating healthy foods and you body is just flushing out all that crap in your system!. A healthy body will have a bowel movement at least once a day, everyday!.

A change in diet will certainly alter your bathroom habits!.

It's really very simple!.

There are 2 categories of workouts and you only need to focus on one of those for weight loss!. They are:

1!. Resistance training - weight lifting, sit-ups, push-ups, etc!.

2!. Cardiovascular Training
