Love Handles...?!
Question: Love Handles!.!.!.!?
How do I get rid of them!?!? I'm not overweight, my stomach is fairly flat (most days!) but I have these two big lumps sticking out either side of my body!!
How can I get rid of them without going on some stupid diet (I don't eat much anyway, and I'm not overweight)!? I just want to look streamlined without it looking like I've got a swimming ring round my middle!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's easy!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.as long as you have 15 minutes to spare every other day and don't mind sweating and hurting a little bit!.
Try the bicycle exercise!. It's really good for getting rid of your love handles because this exercise works your abs as well as your obliques, which ladies call them love handles!.
Do 15 to 20 repetitions for one set, rest 30 seconds, do another 12-15 reps, rest, another 10-12 reps!.
Extend the rest a little bit if you are running out of breathe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What is your BMI, and your current height/weight!.!.!.!.!. If you're anything over a size 12, then I'm afraid, you're 'chubby' not necessarily fat (Sorry girls) !.!.!.!.

I have the same issue, but im a size 2!.!.!. I can't seem to find any workout to make my upper thighs and hips tighter!. If anyone has a suggestion to getting ride of it quickly answer my question!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
