Starting to work ou?!


Question: Starting to work ou!?
I am starting to work out, i'm 17 and i have a home gym machine!. It has the leg lifts and the bar you push out with your arms and the pull down!. I've been doing about 3 sets of 30!. As i get stronger, i move the weight up, but how long does it take for you to really see an improvement!? And should i step up my reps!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should actually bring your reps way down if you are looking to get stronger/bigger!. Up the weight and bring your reps to around 10-12!. Have patience, it takes time to see improvements!. I've been lifting for about 9 years and gotten a lot stronger and learned that the visual improvents take time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
