Question: What are my chances of!?
Losing a decent amount of weight and building "visable" muscle!.
Im male
6ft 2"
220lbs!.
I know im overweight!. Im using the gym 2-3 times p/w for an hour each time!. 1, 1hr session im using the weights to build the muscle!.
How long would it take me to lose the weight (fat) and build muscle that will be visable!?

I suggest that you take time to find a good guide on weight loss and dieting!. I can recommend one to you and I will post
a link to my blog where I talk about issues like these at the bottom!.
Think of it like this!.!.!. if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and dieting should only take one attempt!. Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way!.
