Answers:
I don't like to eat when I first get up , but I recommend you try a small amount of cold cereal, or a banana to start !.
Your body has gone a long time without any fuel, and you need to jump start it!. Eating some kind of breakfast always triggers some hunger later for a little lunch!. Plus you say you are hungry in the morning, so go for it!.
Listen to your body!.
Breakfast stands for "break the fast" meaning the long time without food!.
Don't eat anything greasy, sugary like that!. Even 1/2 a sandwich and an apple will start you in the right direction for lunch!.
Your body will naturally start getting hungry again, if you are not filling up on sugar and junk food in between!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ah, I've been doing that too!. It messes up your metabolism, which is a bad thing!

I normally HATE eating breakfast!. I don't know, guess I'm not the only weird one, haha!. Think of it like this though: You burn off most of what you eat early in the morning through the day, so your best bet is to eat a big breakfast and a smaller lunch and dinner!. Thats what I'm working on right now myself!. I'm a big fan of breakfast foods anyway, so it kinda works out, I guess!. You just gotta figure out what you like!. =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

your right, its not that great skipping breakfast,
makes you more hungry later!.
build up the food you eat in the mornings
start off with something small like a bowl of cereal and gradually add some fruit, juice, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should eat
if you dont then it will lead to health problems in the future
you should make a reminder note that you can see every morning and at school tell your friends not to let you give away your food
if you eat you will defentately feel betterWww@Answer-Health@Com

I had the same problem!. Start by eating out something little for breakfast like some fruit or something and eat at lunch and dinner!. Start eating more and more but do it slowly so your body doesn't over react!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
