Question: What is the difference when bench pressing with your arms closer or farther set apart!?
which is to strengthen the chest muscles and which is to work on the arms!?

Also which position will allow the person to bench more lbs!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

closer works your inner chest and outer works the outer chest!. When you becnh you shoudlnt alwyas feel it on your arms, you shoudl use your chest alot then when you feel your chest pushign the weight you know u are doing it correctly!. Um Incline is prob the easiest, to becnh more lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well obviously when your arm further apart, you put more press on side!.!.!. the shoulder!.

Easier to push more weight if it's just shoulder width apart!.!.!. no more no less!.

To work chess muscle, I find that holding two dumbell and make a "flying" motion help build chest muscle!.

With hand grip wider (up to shoulder width), chest (pecs) are worked more and heavier weight can be pressed!. Narrower grip works the triceps of the arms more!.
