Question: How many calories should i burn a day via cardio to lose my 40 pounds!?
Answers:
That depends on how in shape you are!.
Personally, I burn about 500 calories on my recumbent bike daily, 45 minutes!. Then I do stretching and yoga, some weight training!. I tried to do more on my recumbent bike but I noticed I felt tired and that's no fun trying to get through the day!.

The people on the biggest loser show exercise up to 4 hours a day!. Sure they drop major poundage, but my trainer says your body can get addicted to exercise and you will gain weight if you cannot keep it up!. Look at dancer Debbie Allen whose put on quite a few pounds; yes she's older , that's part of it, but it is also due to the fact that they do not dance they way they used to!.

I'm believe in the moderate approach!. Janet Jackson dropped 60 pounds in something like 4 months time!. But she struggles to keep it off!.

Build up to 500 calories 45 minutes cardio and go from there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Think of it like this!.!.!. if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and dieting should only take one attempt!. Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way!.
