How can I just remove belly fat only?!


Question: How can I just remove belly fat only!?
I am not over weight, dont need to loose any weight or I will be to skinny, but I have a pouch! That is the only place weight goes, is my midsection, when I do gain some lbs!. How can I just loose the belly fat without loosing weight elsewhere!. Which excersises!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's impossible to reduce fat in one area of your body!. Doing 500 crunches a day will not make your stomach thinner!. All that will do is make your muscles stronger!. To reduce overall fat around your body you much do a lot of cardio exercises!. To tone areas [women] try doing things that do not involve weight lifting!. Use your own body weight!. Leg lifts, crunches, etc!. Only use weights when you're trying to actually gain muscle in a specific area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

YOu cant "spot treat" excercise so that it only affects one area!. Your best bet is to do ab excercises such as crunches, to increase muscle tone, and partake in overall aerobic activity (cardio such as running, bike riding, elyptical, etc) and it will burn fat all over!. Abdominal excersixe will not cause you to lose belly fat!. Go on a diet and start lifting weights!. If you have abdominal fat you have fat in other places you just do not see it!. By lifting weights you will make your arms and legs and chest bigger and will not look skinny!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't!. The body does not discriminate when burning fat!. It is a huge myth that just exercising one part will burn fat in that one part!. However, if your "belly" is really the only place that has excess fat!. Then that is what will get burned off with any kind of exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nothin to worry!. Jus stand up and bend and touch your toes then again stretch normal and again bend and touch your toes!. Repeat this exercise minimum of 30 times/ minute and exercise for 5 mins DAILY!. Exercise early in the morning and make sure tat the sunlight falls on u when u exercise!. sometimes if you have had children the walls of the womb stretch during pregnancy and after the birth the womb doesnt always retract again and this pouch is left!. but if you haven;t had children see your doctor and ask for his advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Liposuction!? Not that I'm suggesting that, but I always heard that for the most part, fat comes off where it wants to, not where you want it to!. Maybe try a lot of ab exercises, crunches and such!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

guess what you cant without lipo!.!.!. sorry body looses weight in stages and not in one area you can increase the rate by working out your abs and watching what you eat smaller portions etc!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
