I wanna get skinnier, but...?!


Question: I wanna get skinnier, but!.!.!.!?
Well the thing is I don't really wanna change my diet (except eat less junk food which I can easily do) because when I get older it's gonna be hard to keep the weight off + when I start eating normally again, the fat will come right back!. I wanna get a thinner waist and get my legs toned/thinner!. I ran a 8 min!. 30 second mile today so I know I'm burning some calories!.
I kinda look a little anorexic too (BUT I'M NOT)!.!.!.under my eyes are a little dark and my arms and hands are really skinny!. My legs are really fat and my stomach sticks out in the front and to the sides, making me look fat!.

What the heck do I do!? I wanna look healthier and not weak, but I don't wanna get fatter!.!.!.!.I was 95 lbs when I was 12 which was fat and I got super skinny all of a sudden in 2 years!. I'm 14 and the same weight that I was in 5th grade!.!.!.It's complicated!.!.!.ANY answer will help!.!.!.this is really tough!.!.!.everyone at school is like 110-125 pounds same height as me but looking better and skinner!.!.help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The trick is not to look skinnier, just look fitter!. (anyway if you suddenly look skinnier, your parents will whisk you away to some hospital) For legs, do scissor lifts, jogging, squats!. Stomach- try crunches, sit ups, and stabilisation techniques!. If you want a complete body sport, try swimming!. If you want to target legs and core, try martial arts like wushu!. Eat the same (less junk though) and exercise more!. Invest in a good fitness book or magazine, or you can get any teenage mags that show you how to be fit, not skinny!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The problem is that it's nearly impossible to target one small section of your body without affecting the rest!.!.!.so if your legs get skinnier, so will everything else, including the parts of you that look really skinny!. If you cut out junk food and do some cardiovascular exercise a little every day that will really help!. Maybe take up yoga or some other exercise you really might have fun with as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should really check to see if you are normal weight for you size!. So far it seems like you are underweight and it doesn't sound like you need to loose anymore weight!. Try doing crunches and lifting weights to get your mussel mass up (that way you don't look weak)!. Keeping a regular exercise program is a good idea and eating healthy is also good!. Try also to eat balanced meals (no skipping meals)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

how tall are you!?
and if you want to tone your belly do crunches with your lower legs propped on a bed/couch!.
like your body on the floor, then 90 degree angle at your hips going up the side of the couch, then 90 degree angle at your knees resting your shins on the couch!. then do crunches and side crunches in that position!. for your legs do squatsWww@Answer-Health@Com

do lots of squats and more leg exercises
do lots of crunches as well
it doesn't sound like you need to loose weight at all!.

eat food without grease or oil!.

walk, rollerblade, and dance to burn up calories!.

only eat chicken or fish if you eat meat!.

If you think you already look anorexic-- that's not a healthy look!. That means you look underweight!. 95 pounds!? You need to talk to your doctor!. Your doctor can tell you how healthy you are or are not, and work with you to create a diet and exercise plan that will keep you at an ideal weight!.

Healthy eating now will help you form habits for later, but it doesn't sound like you're on the verge of being heavy at all!. Please see your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
