I have researched many many different places on weight loss and work out routines and I have found that everyone agrees on the same thing about workouts!. Alternate your cardio days and working out with weights days!.

Personally, my favorite cardio routines are ones that don't make me feel like I am working out such as dancing!. Not just regular dancing, but acting like a fool dancing (strike a pose, line dance, fancy dance steps ect!.) My 5 yr old neice gets into it with me, and even my teenage sons join in teaching me things!. I have a blast and burn a heck of a lot of calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest that you take time to find a good guide on weight loss and dieting!. I can recommend one to you and I will post

Think of it like this!.!.!. if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and dieting should only take one attempt!. Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Nothing other than water in between!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. U will also enjoy ur food more than what u have been doing otherwise!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time!. Do not be in a hurry!. U cannot however choose spots for reduction!.
