Question: When does it show!?
Once a person has started to diet/eat healthy and exercise (for weight loss), how long does it take to see the pounds drop!? I was told that what I do this week will show next week!.!.is this true!? And how many pounds are usually lost before it is noticable to others!? (Not just in clothing,scale,etc)Www@Answer-Health@Com

What you do this week should affect the scales next week but this is variable from person to person, but depending on how much contact you have with a person, it could take a lot longer for them to notice your weight loss!.
Ie, if you live with someone - they are seeing you all the time so won't notice the weight loss as quickly as someone who only sees you once a fortnight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Almost immediately, say in two weeks!.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Nothing other than water in between!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. U will also enjoy ur food more than what u have been doing otherwise!.
Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time!. Do not be in a hurry!. U cannot however choose spots for reduction!.
