Weight loss Plan...Please help?

Ok I have been trying to loss weight through LA weight loss and have thus far been very discouraged by them....Its been over a month and haven't really lost any weight yet....can someone please help me to come up with a personalized weight loss plan that will work for me and not make me feel like a failure....that is realistic...I don't want to have to starve or live at the gym.....I'm 19, almost 5'4 and about 160 llbs....I'm open for suggestions...I know I'm heavy I don't need to hear that I'm doing this for help so I can fix the problem instead of following a bogus unpersonalized plan through LA....My goal wieght is to be about 125 or 130.....I know it'll take time and disapline but I want something that will actually work....estimated calorie intake for a day and what kind of excersizes I should concentrate on???

Estimated calorie intake? I'd say somewhere between 1000-1200 calories.
Hmmm I can't give you a personalized plan really, I'm not a nutritionist. However, I suggest you remove all beverage calories from your diet, replace it with water. Water keeps you from feeling hungry, it clears your skin, and helps clean out your body naturally. At least 8-10 cups a day.
Replace snacks with fruits and vegetables. Small trick here: go for things that 'crunch' when you bite into them (apples, celery as opposed to bananas ) Umm and try to minimize your carbohydrate intake!
