depends what part of your leg!? If it's your thighs, the easiest way is to jog!. Unlike walking and sprinting where your at ease or at peak, jogging is steady and continuous and you will slowly lose that muscle!. Don't eat as much after your jog cause ya need the muscle to start breaking down in size!. For your calfs, I suggest cycling!. Especially if your going up hills!.
