Question: What exercise burn fat from mid-body sections down!?
some people like me was born with smaller upper body and bigger butt and legs! I do a lot of jogging and exercise normally; but my body proportion seems unchanged!. I am just 50 kg 165cm, help me!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately it's impossible to burn fat from specific areas of your body!. You'll lose fat in a genetically pre-determined pattern, so you'll always be some sort of "pear"!.

All you can do is make the best of what you've got!. Try doing some weight training for your upper body; not only will this improve your metabolism to make you more efficient at burning fat, but it might make your upper body seem larger in comparison to your lower body!.
