How to gain massive upper body strength?!


Question: How to gain massive upper body strength!?
Hey people, I have always worked out to peak performance!. I'm currently in the Marine Corps and recently had surgery!. For the past year, I haven't been able to workout due to the fact that a medical issue has limited my mobility!. Now that I'm recovering, I have about 2 weeks left of sitting around and trying to relax, and start my healthy eating habits over again!. Before I experienced my illness, I was weighing in at 160 and benching 275!. I could not get up and over that mountain for atleast a year!. I just stayed the same!. I'm not sure if this was caused by my lack of changing my workout routines or exercises!. Now that summer is closely approaching, I was wondering if anybody out here has any advice to not only get back on track, but ideas of getting up and over my peak!. My goal is to bench 300, and considering I've been out of it for awhile, I've put on about 10 to 15 pounds that I think that I can easily turn into muscle!. Any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you are benching in that weight range, you need to do more than just pound the pecs, tris, and delts!. You need to work rotor cuff, and back more!. Just those two things alone will add 40 -50 pounds!.

Deadlift is a great exercise to improve strength all over!. External and internal rotation exercises will strength the rotor cuff!. Cuban press is another good exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
