If you loose 30 pounds in 4 weeks, thats amazing!. Basically, unless you don't eat for a week, or you are incredibly obese (obese individuals loose weight quickly at first), you aren't going to loose that much, that quickly!. If you want to loose weight, then cut off your leg!! I'm pretty sure you would like to loose fat though, not weight!. Start eating healthy foods and try to grab something from every food group everyday!. Drink water all the time and stay away from diet sodas which will actually make you gain weight, and they're bad for you anyway!. (They contain aspertame, which can poison your body!.) Also, start a regular exercising pattern!. Walk every morning if you can and make a commitment to do 30 crunches every night before bed!. It will make a difference, but I seriously doubt you will be able to loose that much, that quickly, as the healthy rate is 1-2 pounds per week! Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Diet, exercise, hard work, reduce calories blah blah blah!.!.!. all that stuff you normally hear, there really isn't any other healthy way to get rid of it and have it stay off!.

If you just want to lose it for something like a wedding, you can try laxatives 3 times a day, half an hr before breakfast, dinner and sleep!. But that's just a short term thing and all the weight piles right back on afterwards!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Check out this book, I swear by it, I lost 12 lbs!. in 2 weeks but I didn't have much to lose!. 40 is pretty aggressive unless you are really overweight!.

It's really simple: Eat less and move more!.

Pick a number of calories to consume and burn each day!. Drink lot's of water!. Don't do an extreme diet of any kind; just work on smaller portions and eating healthier foods!. Then work on moving more-- park farther away, take the stairs, ride a bike!.

watch your sugar intake

your body will burn the sugars you eat first!. if you eat items with less sugar, your body will be forced to burn the fat you have for energy!.

Eat every three hours!.
My reason to saying so is because your body is use to you eating whenever your hungry right!.
So if you have plan where your body gets used to it will let go of the fat because it knows when your going to eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have been told to exercise and eat less if you want to lose healthy!.
But,I have heard of liquid diets and stuff which I wouldn't recommend!Www@Answer-Health@Com
