Sorry it took me a bit to get to you on this, kinda fell asleep last night with the 11 month old passed out on my chest so I thought I would join him before he woke up momma:)

Ok, the big difference in these 2 is calorie intake!. They both have good protien in them and some weight gainers have more protien per serving!. How to determin your protien intake is not as easy as many may tell you!. Most of the time it can take a little screwing around with the numbers to see!.
Weight Gainer is calori dence and will indeed pack on the weight especially when you mix it with whole milk!. I'm going to tell you an older trick that many of the guys of the 70's did who were powerlifters!. Although I wasnt born until 1974 I have read about every bodybuilding book out there and I happened to get this scedual from a guy named Dave Passanella who before passing on from wrecking his corvette was the top deadlift champion in the US!. Anthony Clark is another guy who used this so hear it goes!.
When you mix your protien or weight gainer there are hundreds of recipies out there!. Everything from throwing in fresh berries to adding ice cubes to make a smoothie type of drink!. This is one I tried and although I cant drink them every week, man was it awsome!. Basically, I bought a half gallon of Friendly's low fat vannilla ice cream and threw in about 4 scoops of it along with 16 oz of skim milk and 3 scoops of protien in the blender!. I wont tell you how i acted because you might have thought I was like one of my kids at the ice cream stand!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Man was that awsome! not only did I end up with a shake with about 78 grams of protien but the ice cream made it into the best tasting shake I ever had!.

With adjusting your protien you need to keep track of you bodyfat, not just your weight!. I told you before that once you start with the supplements you are going to ballon up about 8-12 pound is about 2 weeks tops and you are going to see some real change on your body!. Take your weight and figure in 1!.5 grams of protien per pound of body weightm so if your lets say 160lbs you would x's that by 1!.5 and end up with 240 grams of protien a day!. You would be shocked at the fact that most of us dont even get the requiered !.8-1 gram per pound of bodyweight per day as it is!. This will get your body to not ony gain weight but pack on lean muscle while you work out!. Once you start to gain weight and see some of those muscles you never knew exsisted this is when you make more adjustments!. You can go up to 2 grams per pound once you get to a place that you are comfotable with and by then you should have a pretty good idea of what your body needs for fuel and recovery!.

One thing we havent talked about yet happens to be the most important of all aspects of this transformation and that is FORM!. Form is how you complete the exercize!. Please get a book or a bodybuilding magazine and read all the tips on the workouts!. Anytime you see a 7 page workout by a pro in those books, read the small print, it will always tell you how to perform the move!. I am 6'5 inches tall and I weight right now 320lbs!. I go to the gym and laugh when I see this little 19 year old guy next to me throwing his back out trying to curl an olimpic bar with a 45 on each end!. The only thing he is working out is his disck in his back and he will understand this when he is in his late 20's to early 30's!. I work out with just the olimpic bar wich is 45lbs and while many guys would laugh, I always get the last one because the girls dont really care if your are throwing up 110lbs or whatnot and result dont come when your supposed to be working biceps but rather your woking every other muscle but that!. YOu go to the gym to build your body and the wemon come after you start to get good reults! then you can sort them out according to compatability but thats another story :)

Learn how to do the biggest mistake exersizes which are the barbell curl, and number one, the lat pulldown!. I see guys pulling back on the bar and there whole body is paralel with the floor! Bad idea!. Read, read, and read and if you dont know, find someone who is either built pretty decent or is just a plain animal and ask then if they could please show you proper form on a lift!. Most guys get tickled pink over this and many would love to take the time to pass on down the knowlage as they were at this place once in there own life!.
Most guys love to give advice but unless you have on pants so tight they can see the outline of a thong and you happen to sport a c/d cup, LOL WEll, this will help ya also understand that eating is 60% of building a body 30% is the mental and 10% is the actual work out!.
