Being more flexible???!

Being more flexible???

What can I do to be more flexible? I want to improve my high kicks and splits.. What exercises/stretches or anything... Suggestions?


Answers:

Sit facing a wall with your legs apart, and stretch that way.

What you do, is stretch your legs and scoot your butt, and get your body as close to the wall as you can.


Also, try grabbing your foot standing up, and stretch your leg upward. Use your arm for support. You can also grab on to a wall, etc. for more.
