Is 17% body fat bad for a 14 year old?!


Question: Is 17% body fat bad for a 14 year old!?
I did this online thing and it said I had a 17% body fat!.
my measuremetns are also
Waist- 25 inches
hips- 36 inches
bust- 34 inches

Early to mid twenties is average for a female!. You typically do not want to go too low, as then there will be complications, but 17% is very healthy!.

But, the website is a piece of crap!. Your body fat percentage cannot be told by your measurements and weight - it must be determined in person!. There are several ways, some more accurate than others, but through the internet is not right!.
If you really wanna know, you'll have to check it out at a gym, or ask at school (I had mine determined in PE class)

Your BMI also puts you at a good weight, and you're still young so your body is changing!. Don't worry, you're healthy :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds fine!.
Body fat can range anywhere from 4% to 25% for women and it's normal!. It isn't dangerous to have a low body fat if you work out and eat healthy - i have 6% body fat and I am perfectly healthy!Www@Answer-Health@Com

those things arent really accurate but if it is then thats pretty good for a female!. guys are meant to have less though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
