Question: How to lose 5 pounds fast!?!?
I've gained about 5 pounds since the beggining of the year!. Now Im fourteen, and I know some of this is growth but my bootyy got bigger and thats one of my pet peeves about myself!.!. How can I lose 5 pounds!? I am 14/5'3 (or 5'4) and about 110 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the first thing you should do is eat two meals a day!. some health good foods!. then, you should NEVER eat before you go to sleep!. you should eat 2 hours before going to bed!. excersice will not make you loose weight!. however, Sweating will!. go outside and sweat alot!Www@Answer-Health@Com
