Question: 400 calorie packs! please help!!?
Is it totally horrible that i had four 100 calorie packs today!. I had once with lunch, one at 3, one at 5 then one at 8:30ish!.
but my total cal intake today was about 1,300 and i walked my dog for 50 minutes!.
I weight 134 pounds and am 5'9 and 15 yrs old if it matters!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're at a normal weight for your height and age! Besides, indulging in fatty things once in a while is perfectly fine just as long as you don't do it all the time!. You sound like your active too so I don't see any problem at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You should be okay!. Just don't make this a habit!. As long as you are walking on a daily basis and drinking the right amount of water, you will burn some of the calories that you intake during the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
