Why do i weigh more?
so i started exercising this week and ive gained weight but ive been doing crunches and sit ups and push ups and i havent been eating junk food or anything like that ive been eating more vegetables and not eating as much im 15 and as of right now i weigh 178 it sucks and i really wanna loose weight but its not working, so why do i gain more?

yea im drinking tons of water everyday and i no its not much but once a week i bike ride for like 10 - 20 miles if that helps

ino it doesnt seem like much but to someone who is trying to loose weight yea it does seem like a lot

muscle weighs more than fat. try doing cardio- more running and stuff- which will burn calories and won't add too much muscle. then, when you're a bit fitter, throw in some weight training and keep going with the situps/crunches etc.
