Question:

PLZ read this!! How long will it take to.....?

10 pounds if I eat a healthy 1300 calorie diet and do pilates for 30-50 minutes 3 times a week and walk 30 mins, 7 times a week? **I have a bad knee and hip so it's hard for me to do intense exercises like biking ridind and running (i'm only a teenager and i know it's young to already have a bad hip and knee but its genetic and not my fault. my sis has a bad hip and shes 23 and my dad has a bad knee) Its not like I am paralyzed or anything it is just that I tend to have lots of pain if I work my knee or/and hip too hard. So i though walking would be productive since i have read in magazines about ppl losing weight walking so do you think it will help me I am not very heavy or anything I just want to be slimmer.
*Also i skip certain pilates moves that might hurt me....
How long to lose 10 pounds doing that? Also, then how long would it take to lose 10 pounds walking 60 mins 7 times a week. Please give both answers...thanks!

Although you may lose 10 lbs faster with more radical approaches, the chances are you will gain that weight back. Be sure you are drinking plenty of water during your weight loss, since that is how you flush out fat!
