Question: Help in losing weight!.Bulimic as well!.!.help!.!?
Hello!.
I wanted to know how can i lose weight!.i dnt have time to do exercise because the place where i live,its dangerous going out alone!.I did try before losing weight and i did it!.but now i gained some pounds which getting me so depressed!.and also when im depressed and tensed i tend to go and seek refuge in food!.!.how can you help me friends!.i want to stop this bad eating habit but then something gets me worried and im back again eating!.
1!.im veggie!.
2!.i drink more than 2ltr of water a day!.
3!.there are days i eat only 1 bread!.!.
4!.im 5'7!.!.and weighing about 158 pounds!.!.

I'm going to tell you what I do!.!.!.because that'll probably help the best!. It works for me:)

this is what I eat!.!.!.and I used to hate eating veggies!.!.!.but now it tastes fine!. push yourself to eat more veggies and fruits, lots of protein, and low-fat foods for a week!.!.!.and you'll get used to it:) nuts, olive oil and this kind of diet is key to not bloating and feeling so skinny and it eventually shows!. you can eat any fruits and veggies btw!. take 2-a-day multivitamins!. this is just what i ate today:) email me if you have any questions!.


Breakfast
1 medium-sized Gala apple
1 wheat toast with little olive oil
2 egg whites

walked 10 min
Snack
Shelled walnuts(? cup)
20 Grapes

Exercise:
400 sit-ups
cardio training workout

After workout: 1 scoop whey protein w/ 8 oz skim milk

45 min walk
Lunch
1 cup whole wheat spaghetti w/ olive oil and garlic
18 baby carrots
1 stalk(large) celery
Black tea w/ spearmint
10 min walk
Snack
18 mini pretzels
Dinner
6 oz!. chicken breast
1 cup skim milk
6 leaves Boston lettuce

30 min walk

? scoop Casein protein before bed

sucking in your stomache is used to strengthen your abs, back, and straighten you up!. I did this in physical therapy because I always slouched and had back issues!. your muscles will get stronger and after a while you start losing fat in your stomacheWww@Answer-Health@Com

you know what!? i think we share the same problem but i have been able to maintain my weight through eating a well balanced diet, little foods that contain fat and at least lemons!. Every morning i walk to my place of work as exercise instead of using a car!. I eat one heavy meal a day and light foods/snaks/tea for the other meal!. Read an interesting novel to draw your mind away from food such that you space between meals!.

Do exercise is good way to lose weight!.but not only way!
My friend before lose weight,weighing about 138pounds!.
and during about 1week's eat healthy food!.

Don't even tried the anorexic or bulimic methods both are very dangerous!. My friends daughter who was bulimic died recently, she caused problems to her heart (for being forcing to vomiting so often) her heart walls were so thin and the damage was done and died of a heart attack at 25!. She started having problems with the kidneys as well!. My advice to you is the word CONTROL!. In order to survive everything in life you have to be in control of your life!. Put it this way, you control your money so you don't over spend it, you don't walk in life breaking the law, why!? because you have control of your actions!. The same thing is with habits!. What you have is compulsion to eat every time that you are depressed!. Instead stop and analyze the reason of overeating!. Remember that the word hungry is in the brain not in your stomach!. Control yourself with responsibility, eat small amounts of food!. And for your height to weight of 158 isn't that much so if you loose 10 pound you will look terrific!!
