Workouts for everything below the waist?!


Question: Workouts for everything below the waist!?
Ever since I had my baby 4 1/2 months ago everything below the waist has gotten!.!.!.!.!.well HUGE! lol!. I look like I have bulky man knees and legs and my butt used to be like a cute little getto booty (!? thats what everyone said lol) and now its really big too!. What are some major SLINDERIZING workouts that I can do at home!? And I eat healthy and drink nothing but water so I know it cant be that!. I had a c-section too so I kinda need something that starts off a little easy but not too easy and gets harder!. Of course if it starts hard thats ok too I can push thru it lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

buy yourself a jump rope/skipping rope!.
boxers use them to improve their fitness!.
you can start of slow for approx 5mintues and rest for 10!. if you feels though you can do another 5mintues then go ahead!. as you fitness improve and can slowly become faster and skipper for longer without having to rest!.
skipping burns loads of calories, more then running!.
Just make sure you wear good runners to avoid joint pain and other associated conditions later on in life!.
go for walks as well!.
be persistent and record your progress to help keep you motivated!.
