Eat healthy food!. Drink lots and lots of water (this is really important)!. Have breakfast, lunch and dinner!. Don't miss meals!. Don't eat in the evenings before bed, this includes late dinner!. Exercise as much as possible!. 3 brisk 20 minute walks a day are better than 1 brisk 60 minute walk!. Clean the windows, cut the grass, dig the garden!.!.!. this is exercise that is productive and less boring!. Don't give up!. Don't expect to do it in a week!. It took time for you get overweight, and it will take time for you to loose weight!. Smile!. You really can do it :-)

to loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:

eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
good sleep


the example eat menu :

Breakfast

Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry!. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning

Lunch

Watch your sugar and fat intake!. Most people just check the calories and carbs!.!. but it's those darn sugars and fats that really get ya lol!.

If you drink a lot of pop/soda, switching to diet will help you lose some pounds within a couple weeks!. Pop has TONS of sugars in it!.

Walking helps too!. It isn't strenuous, and it makes a difference!. Go for a walk every afternoon, or park farther away than what you need to!. Keep yourself moving!.
